In St. Brigid's, we encourage children to make healthy choices and we have a healthy eating policy in place. The school also encourages non-food rewards such as additional physical activity rewards, additional STEM activities, more art & craft etc.
The girls in St. Brigid's took part in Food Dudes where they got to taste lots of different types of fruit and vegetables. Since then a great effort has been made by some girls to bring some of these tasty healthy foods in their lunch boxes every day. Such healthy eating is encouraged in St. Brigid's and is reflected in our healthy eating policy.
