The students in our Junior and Senior Infant classes celebrated Máirt na hInde on the 21st of February! The girls had lots of fun learning all about the history of the day and where the tradition of eating pancakes comes from. The girls engaged in different fine motor activities before enjoying some delicious pancakes prepared by their teachers. Yummy!
